I found the receptionists were well dressed, brilliant and very helpful, especially Stefan. Rooms were clean. Terrace music far too loud for me to drink/ dine there. I tbink it woild help if dining room staff had a dress code or uniform.

Great hotel and staff. Kids loved the pool and the bridge to the beach is perfect. Chairs on the beach are included and food is available right on the beach. Great for families.

We had a horrible stay here. The property is extremely tired and run down. Pillows were awful and they claimed they had no alternates. At 2:30 in the morning, a staff member loudly shouted “Housekeeping” in the hallway then proceeded to knock loudly on a door. A fan in our room lordly clicked ask night long. Will never stay at this Westin again.

This property was not up to the standards of other Westin hotels where I’ve stayed in the past: —paint in the hallways was peeling and scuffed —elevators to pool and beach were not functional —trash in the hallway by elevators was left for 2 days without being picked up —despite a substantial resort fee, there was still a $30 charge to use a beach umbrella (this was supposed to be covered by the resort fee) On the positive side, the restaurant (Lona) was quite good

Our stay at the Westin was disappointing. Upon opening the refrigerator in our room, we found stale food left over from a previous guest, and the unpleasant smell quickly spread throughout the room. We informed the reception and asked for it to be cleaned while we were out for dinner. Although the receptionist apologized and assured us it would be taken care of, we returned to find the issue unresolved, with the odor lingering. Frustrated, we went back to the reception and requested the cleaning again, staying there this time until it was finally addressed. The receptionist apologized again and promised to waive the resort fee for the night as compensation. However, when we received the bill, the resort fee was still charged. This lack of follow-through and attention to detail was extremely disappointing, especially from a brand like Westin, where we expected a higher standard of service and customer care.

This is a really good choice for a pre-cruise hotel. You don’t need a car and it’s close to the port. There is lots going on in the area and Galleria Mall and Publix aren’t that far. There’s a Sun Tolley and golf carts that you can flag down for a tip… makes getting around a breeze. And then there’s Uber. Waves Cafe, Tinta, and Lona are on site and all very good?

Property was nice, staff would not bend over backwards to help you. Being that you're coming in either renting a car or driving in on your own there's no option for self Park and They charge $55 a day for regular paying customers, including people staying at the hotel and paying customers to the resort for dinner the same rate. If you were a Marriott platinum member, they would give you the parking for $35 but not if you're not at that level totally absurd will never stay there again. And I am a platinum member with Marriott. And they would not lower my rate from $55 to 35 like others in our group. They also gave breakfast vouchers to other platinum members of my group, and some of us that are platinum members did not get the same treatment. Spoke to the managers, including Heimi He was no help at all.
