Enjoy being within walking distance to downtown Ft Myers, this renovated vintage 1925-style home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen, and laundry on site. Located just East of Downtown, there’s plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, and historic sites downtown to explore.

The Space:
The home has 2 bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a living area, nook with an extra bed, and kitchen/dining area. The spacious front porch offers a place to enjoy some fresh air and the back washer and dryer are conveniently located on the back porch.

And there’s plenty of off-street parking space along either side of the home.

Getting Around:
A car would be convenient, however it’s not needed to enjoy the downtown shops, restaurants, and breweries. There is both paid & unpaid street parking is available downtown.

Ft Myers gem

We really enjoyed this property. Charming little 2 bedroom home with the capacity to sleep more.. ( there is a really neat alcove with a twin bed in it. Perfect for a kiddo. Functional kitchen, nice bathroom. Super clean. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, bars and fun shopping. We felt safe walking everywhere. They really thought of everything, including bottled water and a pie in the fridge! . We would totally stay here again. :-)

Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Ft, Meyers. The house was nice and well stocked. Communication with the host was great. I had reached out to him on Easter Sunday, but being a holiday, I expected a delay in his response but he did get back to me. He even checked back with me a couple of days later to make sure my problem was taken care of. Very nice

Great place

Son and I were in town for a hockey tournament and chose to rent this house over a hotel. Worked out to be a great decision. House was perfect. Good location, very clean and had everything we could possibley need!

Perfect Getaway

This was one of my favorite VRBO stays. The house was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. Conveniently located to downtown with wonder restaurants only a 15 min walk away. The owner answered my questions promptly and was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this rental.
