Just remodeled, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath tropical paradise which is located on the third floor in the southwest part of the complex and is literally just a few steps to the elevator, making the beach and pool access effortless. Once at the beach you'll have the soft white sugar sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf at your toes.

The luxurious master bedroom boasts a new decorated beach retreat with a king size bed and new mattress. The tropical inspired all wood furniture and closet have plenty of room to host all your clothes. There is also a 32” high definition LED TV and a large ceiling fan for your enjoyment.
The espresso colored 2 panel doors and louvered bifolds add to the tropical feel of this unit.
The sleek bathroom has a large vanity and sink, luxury towel sets, a large bathtub and a ADA height commode.
This new larger kitchen exudes cleanliness and a modern style with the addition of all new shaker style cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, Quartz counter tops, high end glass backsplash, new waterproof plank floor, new LED kitchen lighting, newer stainless steel appliances consisting of a french door refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker as well as all the accoutrements one could want.
The breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab something quick to eat or you can enjoy more intimate dining at the dining table. There are two additional chairs to seat any additional guests at the table, if needed.
Gather and relax in the living room to watch the 55 inch high definition LED TV. Also enjoy the look of the new shiplap on the walls and taller living room lamps to provide ample lighting while reading your favorite book.
If music is what your looking for, turn on the Soundfreaq system to stream music(bluetooth) or listen to the FM stereo.
There is also the queen size sofa sleeper with a brand new 6 inch commercial comfort cool mattress. This is not one of those old pull out sleepers your used to seeing in other units - no bars in your back on this one!
Relax on the open balcony for the million dollar view which also has new comfortable flooring for your feet. This is where the most breathtaking sunsets take place, mostly May thru Oct. (please keep in mind the sun changes position throughout the months and it may not be the exact scene as in the pictures).

The BEST Location!
On the beach (love), condo with a great western view of the harbor and bridge (love). Sunsets in October weren't direct like they would be earlier but the boardwalk closest to the western edge, right off where our nearest elevator was, was more than the perfect viewing and photographing spot from east to west (my favorite!) The condo was beautiful, clean and perfectly accommodating! Grateful for the stay! Hope to do it again!

This condo is in a great location and right on the beach. The unit is on the side of the building that has a wonderful view of the harbor. Everything is clean and updated. The owner was responsive and very helpful. This was actually the second(maybe 3rd) time we've stayed here. The beach setup was especially nice!

My husband and I loved this property and the area. Having beach service included was a huge bonus and much appreciated. The property was clean and the room was perfect with everything we needed for our week long stay. We also enjoyed the live entertainment on the patio. The only criticism I can include is that the bed was extra firm, which may be great for some, but was really hard on my back. We only had one small issue with the beach attendant that was quickly and efficiently resolved by communicating with the owner. We would recommend this property.

A gem!
My best friend and I decided to take a hiatus from our wife and mom duties and hit the beach! She had never been to Destin before so we started searching. I typically like FWB or PCB but was happy to just be going somewhere warm and with a friend! We got to searching and Phil’s unit popped up. Immediately upon reading everything, I said this is it. We will not get anything better. I have been coming to Florida for over 30 years. We had the best time. The unit is absolutely gorgeous and recently remodeled. And, when I say remodeled it’s not the ‘landlord special’ it is beautifully done. It has every single thing you’d ever need. The beach chairs included were great but we didn’t get to do much at the beach as Hurricane Francine gave us lots of wind, rain and slightly cool temperatures. I would absolutely stay here again if I came back to Destin! Thumbs up from us!

Beautiful!
The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was well furnished and fit our family of 4 just fine. We really enjoyed the beach service (2 chairs and umbrella) though one of our 7 days they said we were not on the “list” but the owner got it straightened out and we had no more issues. The only other problem we experienced was a broken washer in the unit which resulted in us having to make multiple trips up to 5th floor to do our laundry and towels- and one of the washers there Also had problems and would not spin the water out of the clothes. . . But we got it done. The owner is great with communication and was very helpful with recommendations during our stay. The water and sand right off the condo is AMAZING and we saw stingrays, dolphins, and hermit crabs plus caught several fish - all right from the beach. We also enjoyed the local Gulfqarium and its dolphin and sea lion shows, and the nearby pier where we saw sea turtles, a shark and more dolphins along with more amazing views! Lots of great local places to eat including the best mexiacn restaurant ive ever been to (dat burrito place) and some amazing seafood at the back porch, fudpuckera, and floyds (all you can eat gulf shrimp- so yummy). This place is wonderful!

The place was okay, the beach was great. I planned and purchased this through you company and not VRBO. The extra costs were outrageous for cleaning and etc. I will continue using Expedia but i will not stay anywhere that has an VRBO surcharge attached nor any place associated to VRBO. I believe that your price per night should include all associated costs. VRBO was a costly addition that wasnt quoted until selection was made and trip was scheduled. I pa8d the extra because we had already planned the week. Make additional costs visible at the cost per room. Thats it, thank you.no need to respond.

First time in Destin
We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Phil was quick to answer messages right away and plus he could be reached 24 hours a day. This condo was right on the ocean the beach was right behind the condo. I always look for free beach service and he has it and the crew that runs the beach service were awesome. The condo was very clean and up to date on appliances. I would definitely stat here again.
