Convenient and comfortable

Great spot close to the airport. Quiet and comfortable. Had to wait to get into room even though it was past check in time. We went to the restaurant and had dinner. Enjoyed the breakfast.

The hotel is literally attached to the DMK. And it’s a popular choice for people having early flights. Staff were great, friendly and welcoming. However the property is becoming dated. You can see it needs a lot of renovation. Especially with electricity - in our room the lights started to flash randomly in the middle of the night. Only helpful thing was to take the power off (removing the card from the slot close to the door)

The hotel is dated. Looks like it was made in the 80s and never got refreshed. It’s in poor condition for being an airport hotel.

A rat was spotted in room 4107. Food service at the restaurant was slow about 45 minutes waiting time for the food to arrive with lots of mosquito.

They drown you in unnecessary paperwork.

Multiple forms to sign at check in (including an unsolicited and unexplained fidelity membership sign up form!!!) (and their receipt of my cash deposit ?!?! Why?) take a lot of unnecessary time. And another form to sign at check out!!! Just absurd. Direct, covered access to the airport is this hotel's only redeeming feature. The rest is overpriced, dated rooms, slow restaurant service, inattentive and aloof staff; it's past its prime. Every time I go back, I'm a l little more disappointed.

My go to stay if I need to fly within Thailand

This an older but well-kept hotel that is extremely convenient if you need to take domestic flights within Thailand. It has a full restaurant and the overall price are extremely reasonable. The service staff is extremely friendly, especially in the restaurant.

I've stayed here a few times before when traveling through Don Meuang. The hotel is excellent and has a walking bridge right to the airport terminal .... What more can you ask? Oh and the breakfast is excellent

We got upgraded to a suite from a standard room which was lovely. We only stayed one night but used the hotel swimming in the morning which was a good size pool and well maintained area

We used this hotel due to its proximity to the DMK airport. You can simply wheel your bags from the airport to the hotel across an enclosed skywalk. We had another flight from the same airport the next day so that convenience was very much appreciated. I used the pool after sunset and we wheeled our luggage to the airport in the morning to check bags and grab breakfast in the extensive and reasonably priced food court. Our room had a pool view so the room was very quiet. The TV was huge with a good picture. Our only complaint was about the shower water pressure and stability of the hot/cold water…a relatively common issue with Thai hotels in many different areas. If you have to take a morning flight out of DMK, save yourself some sleep and the hassle of Bangkok travel and stay here.
