I had a wonderful 4 nights staying here and really appreciated the wonderful staff going out of their way for me… I was ‘under the weather’ and the little things and wonderful front desk ladies were terrific… and even lemons dropped off so I could make a drink were lovely! Great attitudes and work ethic from everyone.. a big thank you!

Excellent service nice friendly helpful staff very clean and right in the middle of Havelock north.
Also great restaurant next door.
Only one thing was i found the mattrass a little to firm for me.
I was delighted with how helpful the desk staff were at assisting with a late book in, allowing me to leave my car out the front so I could quickly find a resataurant before they all closed
Had a great stay. Room was very nice and staff were lovely. They had excellent underground parking that was free and are in an area with lots of restaurants and shopping. Havelock North is a great little town. My only suggestion is that they do away with the free guest laundry. The dryers don’t work well and that situation led to bad feelings between guests. I saw numerous conflicts. Better they don’t offer it at all.
