Bowens is a fantastic family run Bee and be in lovely surroundings And lots of thoughtful touches with great recommendations about the local area Cooked breakfasts are absolutely amazing using locally sourced produce

A lovely stay
I stayed alone at Bowens for the weekend and had a very pleasant visit. Host was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and blankets. I couldn't fault the cooked breakfast, coffee and orange juice I chose. I also loved the fact you could have it delivered to your room or choose to have it over looking the lovely garden.

A little gem
What a little gem this place is. Unfortunately didn’t get to spend enough time in the wonderful gardens and surrounding area as was here for work but still enjoyed the gorgeous garden views and the birds. Room was immaculate and really warm and cosy. Hosts were so welcoming and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was delicious too. Many thanks

Had a two night stay and received a warm welcome from first contact, check in and throughout stay. Very well appointed and a great location. Easy walking distance to two pubs. Great food available. Had nicely cooked tasty breaded h day with good choice of items.

Lovely place to stay
We spent 3 nights here this time and would definitely go back. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The garden was beautifully kept and we were able to use it to sit in. we are looking forward to our next stay.

This B&B is wonderful. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and loved sitting in them. The host kevin and claire are lovely friendly people and make you feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to going back and we definitely will be.
