Hexham accommodation with spa

Great stay. Staff v friendly and helpful. Facilities were great. Very nice setting and rooms.

From the first few minutes of waking into the hotel to the last moment we walked out, we were blown away with how fantastic the staff were. Every single person we encountered were friendly, helpful, and just seemed happy to be there. The room was stunning and it was better than expected. Will definitely be returning!

We love staying at the Newcastle Holiday Inn Express IHG. Every thing is clean, comfortable, convenient for our purposes. The staff are always very lovely, friendly and helpful at all times. We often stay due to medical appointments in Newcastle area. We love the location as we are close to medical, and clise enough to the harbour to be able to get out and excerise and enoy the beautiful harbour foreshore walk ways. Its our place of choice when travelling to Newcastle. Highly recommend to sray here

Quiet with well appointed reasonably large rooms. Well equipped for an overnight stay

Great spot, close to beach, walks, pubs, cafes etc. Clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff

Staff were extremely helpful. Whatever we asked, they were able to deal with. Special mention to Richard on the front desk. Excellent advice and really went out of his way in exploring alternative accommodation for us as we needed to leave a day early than planned.
