Family accommodation in Holbeck

We’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times now and are always impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of staff.

Absolutely lovely hotel, modern and clean. Location fabulous for the O2 academy and indeed the centre of the city. We will definitely return.

Perfectly placed for the limited sight seeing I had time for since was at a conference, and very convenient for the conference! Breakfast options good, room and bathroom very clean with sufficient storage.

Lovely room, all facilities provided, great breakfast. Only criticism is I would prefer a stand alone shower ( rather than one over the bath) and I couldn’t get the hot water from the shower.

Simple and cozy. This short stay was incredibly comfortable and nice. The room was great and had a great view of Leeds. Staff were really friendly and kept the checkin short and sweet. Had a great nights sleep and will definitely consider here again, especially for such a decent price.
