A night away for my birthday and the service from checking in to the service at the bar was amazing.the bar manager never stopped all night and serving 2/3 people at the same time which is class.

Reception staff were great and very helpful as were housekeeping. Lovely room - very comfortable. Did however find the bar and breakfast room unwelcoming for a woman on her own.

Very nice however couls have done with more supplies in room (1 of everything when a 2 of us were staying) Also needs a place to sit ans do makeup and hair with a mirror and plug sockets. Only mirror was bathroom of full length in bedroom which had no where to put makeup except floor or bed

The air quality at the main floor is bad and should be looked after . This bad smell of “old buildings” hits you as soon as you walk in Other than that everything was amazing . Room was clean, food at restaurant and drinks at bar were great . Staff were very friendly and helpful

We loved the large spacious room & bathroom. Liked the art deco style of the building. It was located in a very convenient location and we were able to walk to shops & restaurants very close by. We drove there but if we had taken the train, it was right next to the station so that would have been very convenient.
