I didn’t like the fact that the staff were all rude they decided to ask me for id which I left at home even tho they let me book in at 3 pm then when I come back from shopping they didn’t let me back into my room they were rude also saying keep room tidy saves us a favour which I found disgusting all together my stay was horrednodus

Personally I didnt think it was worth the price; however, it was conveniently located for my plans. Didn't use the shower as it smelled badly of sewage. Only one smallish towel for each guest. Tv remote had no 'guide' button so had to go old school and use up and down to search channels. Room was clean, mattress good. Would consider staying again but might look elsewhere first.

Spend the extra money elsewhere
Staff were helpful. Level of general cleanliness was poor - the floor and skirting boards in the room had not been cleaned thoroughly, hair from the previous occupant was in the shower, and the stairwell between floors was gross. I accept this is a basic hotel, however as the room cost over £100 I would expect better.

We found this stay perfect for our needs. Although theres no parking at the hotel itself which is unfortunate, there is parking at a very walkable distance. The location of the hotel was great for how close it was to the cemtre and the royal armouries which is what our trip was for. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good and toilet and sink worked! The only down side was that my vegan partner didn't have any options for breakfast when we enquired but we easily found food elsewhere.
