Housekeeping was missed 4 times. I extended my stay 2 times and they missed the housekeeping the check in day, although I reported the first time to management. I called twice to replenish shampoo and soap dispensers. One day towels were not replaced. Found a roach two times

We had to be moved to another room because the air conditioning where we were stopped working. Then the second room which was mostly cleaned, had an iron, hair dryer and dishwasher which were out of order. There was a foul smell coming out of the dishwasher. Also, we were advised that garbage would be taken out each day but this was not our experience. Tg staff are excellent and so was the maintenance manager and we were attended very promptly. This is such a convenient location. I hope that close attention is paid to maintenance and cleaning to ensure top service and good health for everyone.

I liked getting a message checking if all was ok...I had an issue with a barking dog and it was resolved soon after...I was impressed...also felt bad for the poor dog.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and ample space. It was just a place to sleep after the football game so we didn't have to drive home late. Didn't utilize any facilities so can't answer for those. Bed was comfy and no noise woke us up or kept us awake.
