Overall, a nice stay. The room was clean and tidy, and everything we needed to cook and use was provided. The amenities were good such as the hot tub was really nice, and although the pool wasn’t the cleanest, it was still okay. The ladies at reception were super friendly and lovely, which made the experience much better. However, the customer service I received over the phone when booking wasn’t great and came across as quite rude, which was disappointing and made the journey there a bit stressful. Thankfully, the in-person staff were completely different. Aside from that, the motel itself is nice and comfortable.

Everything about this motel was inadequate No smoke alarms The room stunk of overused cleaning products The bed was very old & hard The curtains across the entry door didn’t fit The aircon was a broken fan The entry door had a window beside it so easily unlocked The shower floor was spongy & felt unsafe The internet was not going The toilet seat should have been replaced years ago The pool looked green We are very disappointed as the photos on the motel portrayed a very different room The receptionist was rude Thanks Donna & Michael

There was no AC unit. Only a couple of fans, of which one was not working. Kitchen utensils were clean. So was the room.

Room was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Check in & out went smoothing. They were able to accommodate our late check in & communicate well. Parking right out front of your unit & the pool nice & close. The location is central Kaitaia so not hard to find anything! I would go back 🙂
