Get away from Indiana snow
We took a 4 day get away from Indiana, that was booked only about a week before.I have stayed in many . This one was not up to the Value of other places.The building is in need of updating, and they are in process, but inside, while the kitchen and baths have been. Updated( the most expensive part) nothing as far as decorating looks updated in 30 years.I have been in high rise units with 3 bedrooms with balcony &. water views and paid less, and the decor was current within the last 5-8 years.There was also a lot of tiny white ants all over the kitchen, and we had to keep any food in the fridge to protect it.My mistake was booking late and getting what was left, as an option, I guess.The pool WAS very nice and warm and the hot tub was also nice The chaise area in the sand was a good alternative to going to the beach down the street..

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

The stay was pleasant for the most part. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know to use the garages, but once that was explained by security it was no problem. This property is not a resort, but rather a bunch of residences. We had security called on us the first night because we were on the balcony talking at around 11:30. That was a bit surprising.

Great Location for My Group
Location was quiet as it is away from Duvall street. We had a few guests who have health conditions and getting rest is important. We rented bikes and enjoyed our multiple bike rides to Duvall street. The garage space was a plus to store the bikes safely. The only downsides were the early check out and the ice maker didn't make ice very quickly.

Huge condo in a nice, quiet spot
The condo was extremely clean and spacious. There were only two of us in town for work, but the condo could easily accommodate a larger group. Very nice living area and huge balcony/patio. Access to a garage is a plus if you have a car, but it’s also a nice bike ride over to Duvall, etc. Would stay again!

Great time in Key West
This was a great condo, highly recommend it for a family. The kitchen is well stocked enabling us to eat majority of home cooked meals enabling us to enjoy special dinning out experiences on our schedule. The garden area is lovely, the pool was large with a hot tub. We found it easy to Uber or walk into town to enjoy KW, then escape back to the quite area where the condo is located. The check in was a tad confusing, the box to call security to let you in the door did not work as expected, due to the security guard being away from the desk got a message you have dialed the wrong number. Upon calling the property Mgt company they were quick to remediate the situation. That was the only inconvenience, considering we had been in the car for 6+ hours my tolerance level was low, so that may explain my annoyance. We had an awesome time in KW I highly recommend this unit.

Property was very nice with an awesome pool! Very nice rooms and large spacious living room and kitchen area. Large balcony. Only negative was the foul smelling seaweed lingering around the island. It may be seasonal but we certainly did not expect that.

Unit was old and furniture very dated and dirty ( sofa and dinning room chairs in bad shape) Master bed mattress was on the bed wrong we had to flip the mattress after the first night of sleep. We paid a lot less for much better condos in the past .

The condo and property are great. We had lots of room to spread out. The pool is huge and clean, but does have a lot of rules about quiet, no floats, etc. that make it perhaps less kid friendly. Our 7-year-old still had fun.

The place is really centric of key West close to the beach, marina and really good places to eat. The apartment complex is a beautiful place for family since in the center is a tropical view and the pool area is wonderful. The apartment realyy nice and modern. We will be back to the same place 100%

Due to a medical emergency on the plane we were unable to go on vacation. Trying to work with travel insurance for reimbursement. I did leave message on answering service w resort that we were not coming. Julia was kind enough to reschedule us for September if we r unable to get trip refunded. Unable to give accurate star ratings for stay but manager has been very helpful
