This modern Old Town condo is designed for the real downtown experience in the Conch Republic, ideal for anyone looking to indulge in Key West’s famous late night scene. VILLA ANGELITA is located right in Old Town, half a block away from Duval Street and smack dab in the center of the entertainment district. Although this property does not include parking, you couldn't be any closer to the late-night scene and attractions of downtown. Fair warning... It can get a little noisy out there! This tropical three-bedroom retreat is hidden within a renovated Old Town home, with all of the charm of the famous conch houses of Key West.

THE LIVING AREA...

VILLA ANGELITA is the second floor of this converted Old Town home. As you enter the apartment by climbing the stairs from the front door of the home, you are greeted with modern tropical decor in the light-filled living room. Tall ceilings and high end finishes complete this renovated condo. A large flat screen TV on the wall overlooks the spacious living area with plenty of seating. The sofa pulls out to a full sized bed to sleep an extra guest in a pinch.

THE KITCHEN...

Off of the living area, the upscale kitchen is fully equipped with all the high-end tools and appliances you'll need to whip up a meal at home. If you can resist the temptation of all of the famous Key West restaurants within walking distance, that is! The dining area off the kitchen seats six by the windows for a relaxing evening in or can be used as your stay at home office in Paradise (high speed, password-protected WiFi included.) The front and back of the condo have doors to the wrap-around decks for you to enjoy your morning coffee and some prime Old Town Key West people watching.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay in this home. It was steps away from Duval, so no need to Uber anywhere. Peter was our host and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had spices and a little bottle of olive oil. Laundry detergent was also provided for the use of the washer and dryer. The porch was a great place to read a book and soak in the vibes. We will definitely come back.

Just off Duvall

We were 1/2 block from Duvall and almost in the middle. Great owners who held our luggage free of charge on the last day so we could go have fun until our flight out. It was so cool that we were there for a flood and just a quick text to the owner and we had umbrellas. Will stay with them again in either this place or the other properties!

Our stay was great! Very walkable to Duvall allowing us a walkable time in Key West. The rental was as described. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and kitchen. Shared areas were spacious enough for 6. Alena, our property manager was very responsive and took great care of us. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and close to everything.

Very nice, updated property but has that original island feel. Walking distance to most local restaurants and shopping. There is a trolley that makes a nice route around the island to get to other attractions. The only negative is no parking for this unit. Had to park in public parking down the street for $52 per day. Not bad as long as you are expecting it. Bottom line is I will definitely stay here again.

Quality accommodations steps from Duval

We stayed here over the New Year and it was perfect in every way. Literally a few yards from Duval Street in the center of the action with restaurants and bars all around, close to Bahama Village and with a balcony overlooking all the action. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated. Only slight complaint no carafes for the two coffee machines! But pretty special in a town where much of the accommodation is somewhat dated.

Awesome location and very clean. Great location to get to all the action on Duval street. The condo is very quiet even though you are In walking distance to everything down town. No unit parking and was somewhat of a challenge to find the right spot without paying for parking which is around $40 for 10 hrs. Great host and great time.

We had a wonderful vacation! So much so we stayed an extra day! Our greeting by Aleena when we arrived was so warm and she regularly checked in asking if we were pleased and offered ideas for us and the kids to explore. Highly recommend this spot!

Haven in the center of everything

You can't find a more central location to everything. From Fort Zachary Taylor to Mallory Square to Southernmost Point, everything is walkable. We started mornings at Mango's and finished our nights at Kaya's. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings and the last toast at night. The house itself was a treat, a little haven in the middle of Key West. Some thought was put into the design, right down to the details. Everything was top notch and comfortable.

Perfect Place

My wife and I and two other couples were in town for a long weekend to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It’s location to nightlife could not have been better. We will definitely return to Villa Angelita.

Great stay right in the action of Key West. Reviews are accurate that you will hear music playing when trying to sleep. This was not a problem for us. Would stay here again. Not sure that I needed the 10 minute in person instructions from the reality company when we arrived including instructions on where to find extra toilet paper, but it was very professional and would stay there again.

Great Party Location

Nice place. Bar noise wasn't a problem for us. Location was great. Only 10 minutes or less (walking) to most things. Glad there were ceiling fans. No parking place included but there is a parking lot on Whitehead that is convenient ($20/day).
