The main area was cluttered and in disrepair. Nothing like the photos online. The rooms however were clean and roomy with a sitting area and small kitchenette. Plenty of mirrors and room to get ready so that was excellent.

Good enough
This was a good room for our short trip to Key West. There was a couple of thresholds that were loose in both rooms and bathrooms were tight. We also came back from a day trip at 5:45-6pm to find our room getting cleaned, which wasn't super convenient. We'll be looking at other options next time.

The location of the room was surprising as we were expected to stay on duval Street but the rooms can be a block and one half from there.. the AC unit was not working all that well and very noisy.. not what I expected for $300.00 a night

Fun in key west ;)
The rooms are small but for a solo traveler it's enough. There's fridge and coffee machine in the room which is great. Great pool and poolside. poor breakfast (not really worth waking up for. Better eat somewhere outside). Very kind service :) . Great located.

Staff was efficient & courteous. Facility was clean & attractive. Continental breakfast was good. Free parking in Key West is real plus. Only downside was our room walls were very thin. Overall good.

We booked a first floor room but got a different room located on the second floor. This was a problem since my wife had difficulty climbing the stairs. Staff was not helpful when we mentioned this. There is no parking. Also, rooms were expensive. Much better deals nearby.

there was no off street parking,as advertised. we had to ask for clean towels at 4pm as no house keeping seen for stay over. we found "somthing" smeared on bed pillow. it felt like we were in a ver unsafe area. no out side setti g area( chair broken on porch,finally last day there,someone took broken chair,butleft dirty coushion. we will never stayhere again

This place was awesome! Great location, clean, friendly staff! Only complaint is a few of the floor boards in the room were broken/raised up about 1/2" and I stubbed my toes twice!

Great location and convenient for Duval St activities. Room was fair at best, a/c was able to support our wanting to get the room pretty cold for our nights sleep. The bathroom however was a bit odd. Very low water pressure and no hot water despite the instructions on the wall on how to get hot water to the shower head. The cold shower we had the next morning was unwelcome after a fun evening out on the town.
