Great location. Really quiet unlike some nearer the train station who could hear the tannoys all night. Comfortable beds. Warm room. Great access to the town and the station. We took a travwl kettle..but we are lazy as there was a 24 hour drink station. Staff were very helful.

Strong smell
This hotel has a very strong smell from reed diffusers that are placed all over the place. It was too much and overwhelming. Even rooms had a strong smell of cleaning supplies. Having to deal with this smell all the time made our stay uncomfortable.

Fun and cozy hotel with unique decor in and around the lobby. Room was as expected with the exception of quite a bit of dirt, scuffs, and liquid spilled stains on one of the wall next to the bed. Bathroom and shower were great.

A unique hotel very close to the main pedestrian area and waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff, a spacious room with the most comfortable bed we slept in on our entire trip. Really nice breakfast.

Staff was fantastic. I forgot a razor so they gave me a razor kit. At the end of the day we able to purchase a bottle of wine and they gave us wine glasses for the room. Staff gave good recommendations for restaurants in the area. Room and bathroom were very clean. Gtreat place to stay.

Average hotel, no kettle/coffee in the room. The toilet flush button did not work properly. Every time we had to move it to the right position in order for it to work. We did let the staff know, they said there was no room avalable for us to move to. The hotel has a strong smell, not stinky but unpleasant. We kept sneezing the whole night and could not sleep.

Older building restored in a modern style. Spectacular art work in the foyer and breakfast area. Staff extremely helpful. Everyone speaks some English. Rooms modern and clean with great rain head shower. Highly recommended.

Very close to the train to travel to cinque terre as well as other major Roman cities. Also a couple minute walking distance from many restaurants. Hotel staff was very accommodating and breakfast had a large variety of food options
