Walking distance to everywhere. Plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious, not modern but has everything you need and price appropriate. All apartments have perfect view of Launceston. Would definitely stay here again

We had an emergency last minute booking and had to stay in Launceston one more night. This place is looking tired and worn and should be gutted and renovated (or demolished). The 'spa' bath had tape over the jet holes but the showerhead gave a warm shower. the towels have seen better days, but the bed was clean and comfortable. This isn't really any more than 3 stars, if I am being generous. However the staff were very informative and polite, and there was parking on site. This was a non smoking room but there were people smoking on balconies above us and the smoke wafted in

It was all really great until we used the shower. Very little water, the hot far too hot and could never manage a steady temp. Quite tricky and could be dangerous.Needless to say we never had another shower

The hotel was close to the centre of the city but far enough away that it was quiet and unrushed. By the time we left I had a grasp of where everything was in Launceston. I loved the staff they were all knowledgeable and always willing to help with advice and ideas What I didn't like was the one way streets but that is not a reflection of the hotel
