The check in was great… bartender was a lot of fun. Just a note to hotels in general .. they say pet friendly on there web site but do not accept cats. Just dogs.. how is that pet friendly? You don’t find out till you get there.

Honestly fire stay. Parking is way too expensive and we were not told that breakfast ended earlier during the week. Other than that, had an amazing time

Good option for the price
Easy to find, clean, parking garage on site that has a $40 nightly fee, kitchen is stocked with utensils,pots,cups ect, staff was friendly and has a good breakfast with options, but not a neighborhood to be explored. 35 minute drive to Universal Studios. Its CA there is always traffic.

Our room was next too the train tracks keep waking us up at 3am the bathroom sink was clogged with hair that I clean it out, the most important thing, parking was $35 per night! I was not aware of it, until we check in! Not Good!!! My trip was a bit more expensive! As you can see it just says parking available! Bad advertising about parking!!

Just one word!!!!!!Train!!!!!!!! Another inconvenience is that it blocks the road to get the hotel so you have go around it. plus you have to pay parking each day your their !! I pay over $100 for 3 days stay

Top rated on every level. Interesting mix of Hospital & Tourists. Service particularly from Yitig & Carlos at Reception above & Beyond. The ONLY gripe. Parking is a bit of a cash grab. They should include it in price of room and charge a little more for room. Otherwise fir our needs and purposes an excellent choice of accommodations
