Property charging 50 dollars per day for parking ,
The property is clean and neat, but service is below, stayed along with family ask for room cleaning daily basis but hotel management not provided any house keeping, as per them they only provide housekeeping services after 3 days of staying. Also parking fees extremely higher comparatively other hotel 50 dollars per day valley services. And location also very far from tourists destination. Not recommended for international tourists.

Went for complimentary breakfast which closed at 9 AM around 8:30 AM and staff were not replenishing fruit or hot oatmeal or oatmilk. Very disappointed.

Excellent breakfast and kids friendly stay
Overall, it was an excellent experience here! Loved the breakfast, pool, gym, staff and overall services. Few things I'd like to mention - the train horn was disturbing especially during nights. I hope this area becomes a no-horn zone. Also, I wish there was coffee available throught the day. Other than these things, I'd give 5-star rating to this hotel. Thank you!

Close to many of the sites; great stay; quiet
It was a great stay. Clean property. No one begging for anything. Liked that is was on a campus. We just wished there was more options for breakfast. It was the same each day we stayed. No variety. Overall, would definitely stay there again if we get back to LA and see more Dodgers games!!

When you arrive to the hotel, you can temporarily park at the valet parking in front and check in. You can then park your car at the parking structure next to the hotel which is shared with the hospital. We got a 2 bed suite and it was good for 4-6 pax. There was a kitchen with 2 high chairs and a couch that I believe turns into a bed. Google chrome on TV worked okay. The AC was a little loud but didn’t bother much, temperature was good and cool. Beds were comfy, shower could be stronger but was okay. Breakfast was awesome, it gets real busy in the morning but chairs and table were enough. We didn’t try the pool but it looked clean. The neighborhood was ultimately quiet, not much shops nearby but it was really peaceful to take a quick walk outside. Since not much shop around, buy your water and other necessity like snacks etc prior to heading to the hotel. Staff were nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back again.

My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay very much. The complimentary breakfast very delicious plenty of options for the kids to choose from. The amenities where great the pool was nice the gym open 24 hours was a plus. The staff was so nice and helpful. Universal studios and other attractions are only about 25 minutes away.Will definitely be booking again in the future.
