I booked a king size room over a month ago. Upon arrival at 6pm they stated they didn’t have any king size rooms. The staff was very rude at the front desk didn’t even try to accommodate me in anyway. The hotel does not appear like the pictures. Rooms are dirty and outdated.

This hotel is going downhill fast. I'm there every year for a convention and over the last 4 years it seems like things are getting worse each time. Vending machines not stocked, Starbucks not open until late morning on the weekend? This is now a $110 a night hotel, not the $220 they charge. It's not the worst...but it's not worth what they are asking anymore. Used to be.

My original room was very hot! The central AC wasn’t working the room had two fans running when we walked in. Front desk (Mark) stated the AC would start if we set it at 72, called back an hour later and asked to have a manager call my room that never happen. In the end I needed up getting a new room for the night which was good.

Property staff are very nice, shuttle to airport was clutch at 5 am in the dark, carpet in room was ripped and old- smelly- beds are old but not bad- pillows were awful and very small, bathrooms are very outdated for the price of the room. Hotel looks redone in lobby and outdoor bar area but rooms lack a lot

We were 4 sisters traveling from 2 locations to attend a memorial in another city but passing through Burbank. One sister and I missed a connection in San Francisco due to weather and the other 2 made the connection but had to wait for us. We decided to change our overnight hotel to the Burbank Marriott and travel further the next morning. I was the one to make the reservations for 2 rooms, so everything was in my name. When the sisters in Burbank tried to get the shuttle to the hotel they were turned away because their names were not on the reservation. I then called the hotel from SFO and asked for one of the rooms to be put in their name and assured that this would happen. It didn’t. I called again and spoke to a man who told me that the room couldn’t be changed because I’d booked through Expedia. I hadn’t even realized this. I eventually figured out how to change the names through Expedia, but meanwhile my sisters sat for 2 hours on a cold bench at the Burbank airport. The agent was also very rude to me and, when my sisters tried to call, to them as well. I paid a lot of money for the two rooms and our treatment was unnecessarily unkind and cheap.

The air conditioner in our room was not working. The weather during our stay was hot. The highs were in 90s. They gave us a stand up fan to try to cool down the room. But it was still uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the night. The staff was kind.

This is a good location if you have things to do in Burbank or need to use the airport. The parking lot has plenty of space, but it cost money and getting out of the lot is sometimes a hassle because people struggle with the electronic scanning. This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was good
