I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I had a few questions before checking in so I called the front office agents and was on hold for over 30 minutes and when I finally thought I got a hold on someone they transferred me to a completely different department that couldn’t help me and once they transferred me back the call was just ended. Once I did get to the hotel the AC wasn’t work and neither was the TV and I called the front desk multiple times to have them come up and fix it and they said they would send someone up and no one showed.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Gorgeous rooms and beds are the best! I would definitely stay here again! LOVE that the bar is open late all week long and this place in hoppin! Maybe get some magnifying mirrors in the bathrooms and Keurigs and it would be even better.

Corporate malfeasance strikes again
Marriott overbooked the property, gave me 3 different reasons for why they could not honor my *pre-paid* room,add me wait 30 mins to take me to a new hotel one mile away (chose the location for its closeness fo the airport originally). The actual hotel was 4 miles away. Terrible all around.
