We stayed at the marriot burbank for 5 days . The choice was for the location being close to universal and majot attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was quick non delays . However the property could use a facelift just like all other marriot properties.

The stay was OK nothing extraordinary. The place is in need of an upgrade. The granite sink was broken, paint chipped on the doors and wall. For the amount of money paid, there should be some room upgrades.

Front lady Kim messed up my reservation. My sister and i both booked rooms and she gave us the wrong key rooms, my sister was staying for 2 nights and i was staying for 3 so housekeeping was arguing with us that we needed to leave. Another staff member helped us, he was great his name was Martin!
