Overall experiences was 3 1/2 stars. Quiet Convenience area to restaurants. The hotel it self was ok, clean, reasonable price but not much amenity. Beds made a lot of squeaky noices and wasn't comfortable.

This was a nice clean hotel. Check in was fast. Service was friendly. The rooms were cleaned. We only had one issue with the people above us on the third floor running and banging on the walls. I called the front desk and asked to be moved. They accommodated us by moving us to the 4th floor without any hassle.

Decent sized rooms for the price. Room was clean and “renovated “ but the whole place still has an old feel. One night someone was smoking weed and the smell came into our room. We requested adjoining rooms online but upon arrival, was told the hotel did not have adjoining rooms. The staff did accommodate us by giving us 2 rooms next to each other.

It was very clean and the staff did everything to help us settle in easily. The one thing that was good for me was the high toilet. The Cuban Restaurant on the property was very nice and the food was delicious. I just wish there was a microwave in the room, however I would stay there again.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here while we spent a few days at Universal Studios. It wasn’t much for frills, but everything we really needed (a place to sleep, easy parking, close to dining options, water refills) was readily available. Facility was clean, too.

Very simple, clean and spacious. Location is great it was right off highway and free gated parking. Receptionist was awesome! She allowed early check in and very helpful.
