Check in was fast and it is a convenient location if you need to be at the Pasadena Convention Center as it is next door, literally a sliding door away. The Hotel needs to focus more in cleanliness. Carpet needs cleaning, perhaps deep shampoo cleaning. Upon check in, pillow cases have make up stains on and q-tips left over in the shower. We also discovered a cockroach. I book this hotel for convenience, but there is definitely needs more improvement.

I used to work at that facility for a different hotel chain years ago. Hotel Dena has definitely improved the decor, staff, and overall atmosphere of that hotel. I would definitely recommend it!

I liked the decor and vibe. It was clean and the staff was very professional. Food options were very decent and pretty good. We had a great time. I will definitely book this hotel again if I am in the area.

The only issue my wife and I had was the size of the room as we had quite a large amount of luggage with not a lot of space to store it in the room. I understand that the hotels main clientel do not probably have this issue. Apart from that we had no other issues and enjoyed our stay and would have no problem returning

Loved hotel Dena for a college football weekend. Location among Pasadena is great, and we even stopped at two attractions while walking to the Rose Bowl on game day. We liked the music vibe of the hotel, good music playing in the bar and at the pool. Recommend Hotel Dena!

Not nearly as nice as the photos. We travelled with 6 couples and everyone was disappointed with the tiny balconies, patios and views. The hotel staff is very accommodating but understaffed. The positives were its walkability to Old Pasadena and the pool area (small but nice).
