Upon arrival we had a long wait since we arrived at the same time as others. The gentleman checking us in was nice, apologized for the wait and helped us quick and efficiently. The room looks nice, but the smell of the room when you walked in was musty or moldy, not quite sure. We ran the fan all night and were all really tired so didn't hear any noise and we were next to the elevator. Floors were a little dirty, and there are mold spores in the bathroom that have not been wiped with bleach water. The faucet in the front bathroom is loose. Noticed the comforters have some stains. However despite some noticeable things, this is a nice hotel it just needs some TLC. Great stay overnight even with infant and kids, and would stay again.

Hardest/worst mattress ever. Sleeping in my car is more comfortable. It felt like a spring mattress on a pullout couch. The television had limited channels and was not compatible with my fire stick, which I always pack when I travel. There is no ice machine. If you want ice, you have to cross the street and go next-door to the adjoining hotel and take their ice. There are no microwaves in the room, but there are a couple common area microwaves in the open air hallway. Despite advertising a bathtub shower combo, the standard room does not come with a tub of any type. Unfortunate because I chose the standard room over the larger room just because of the tub. Parking is beneath the property so you will probably take the elevator to access the first or second floor. I would advise picking the second floor so you don’t have Frankenstein above you like I did. Also, they had cleaned my room with bleach, and that smell didn’t go away for at least an hour when I checked in. The refrigerator worked well, but there was no freezer section. Pillows were very small and very thin. Blanket & comforter were also very thin. If you are staying as a couple, you will need more towels. Definitely no more than two stars. Stay here if you have to, but I would recommend looking elsewhere.

From the moment you stepped in the interior looked run down and in need of a facelift. Room was underwhelming with a shower with broken tiles on the floor and dirty old groat. Beds we metal that clanged if you accidentally touched them getting in or out of bed and the mattresses were hard like a box spring that made a loud spring noise when moving. More but can’t be bothered to go on about the poor quality and lack of anything memorable or unique about this hotel.

It's newly remodeled and aesthetically nice. I can't say I enjoyed my stay. I wasn't feeling well that day and had a difficult time sleeping. But overall, the room served it's purpose. The breakfast selection is nice. Continental breakfast. Nothing crazy. Did the job.

The room wasn’t completely cleaned It was a struggle to get the “gym towels” The front desk worker smelled so bad you could smell it walking in the front door Housekeeping tried to open my door and I said just a minute and they tried to come in (I wasn’t dressed) For the “king room” the bed and couch didn’t really make sense they were too small The bottles of body wash were empty so they were probably used and was a struggle to get more Convenient for the area but everything else was a let down 0/10

Horrible stay, would not recommend. Room smelt like sewer and the front desk would not switch us to a different room. The people in the room next to us were very loud all night and the hotel wouldn't do anything about it. They were not accommodating at all, especially this stay being for business so sleep is extremely important.

We enjoyed the courtyard design and pool. Free parking was easy to manage and appreciated. Breakfast was limited and breakfast space was limited. Overall this hotel was a pleasant surprise and good value.
