I was supposed to stay here for 9 nights, but I left first thing in the morning after the first night and went to a hotel. The beds were actually air mattresses with one small blanket, and there were no lockers or anywhere to put your belongings except in the room, where they got in the way of others or could be stolen. Between people screaming their heads off in the middle of the night and pushing others, the broken shower, and the disgusting toilets, I would recommend sleeping on the street over this place. I felt so unsafe that I broke out in stress hives for the next several days.

" Hostel ", la habitación de los horrores, como en la peli de terror. Desde que llegas hasta que te vas, nada tiene sentido en este lugar. Desde ventiladores ruidosos, papeleras y un frigorífico pequeño en los pasillos hasta personas que tienen encendido el ordenador portátil y el móvil a la vez, durante toda la noche. Ruido infernal y luces exteriores que no te dejan pegar ojo. Aseos y ducha poco o nada higiénicos. No se vé ningun cartel de solicitud de hoja de reclamaciones por ningún lado. Puedes hospedarte tranquilamente si tener que mostrar tu D.N.I., no te lo piden. Te piden un nombre, a secas, sin apellido, un número de teléfono que lo oyen todos los que están a tu alrededor en la sala de recibimiento y el lugar de donde eres. La policía debería de visitar este lugar. Se encontraría con alguna que otra sorpresa ( para mal, claro está). Espero no volver nunca más y por supuesto narraré como ha sido mi experiencia en este lugar a todos mis conocidos para que no caigan nunca en este agujero negro de Madrid
