I didnt like anything about this property. Its a scam the guards at the front gate don't even know it exists.We finally found someone who were apparently staff and they said it's booked already ,and just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.That was our appalling experience .The property could not be contacted by phone or located within the compound.No response.We were left high and dry.

The pool was not available Friday Saturday or Sunday for guests. This was not noted on the Expedia site. I would not have booked this property had I known that the pool would not be available. I found the description very misleading.

i stayed from dec 16 till 6jan.. its OK.. first thing is,its not called la maison de chateau,its chateau elysee,'the ritzs.. i counted 8 different hotel apartment all sharing the pool in the middle.. staff r nice enough,security is good,very loud guess cross from me ,they also have a hall which was booked out a lot,which di parties..so chillin on the balcony,u had to deal with that.. 70% of people staying there are local filipino,n quite a fair bit of african there also,IAM AUSTRALIAN.. housekeeper is free but tips r expected i think.. u can buy clen water from there or buy ur own..laundry is 120 peso per go..plenty of street food n MacDonald is a short walk.. lets be clear philippines is beautiful,but paranaque is mostly ghetto,so u wont see many attraction but taxi is available n its usually around the 300-500 peso range to go into town..MALL OF ASIA IS AMAZING..good idea to get the app ":grab"they version of uber.. i enjoyed my stay,lots of things i misunderstood when i booked but overall ok..in the end if u wanna come to paranaque,this is a great hotel..if u want to come to nanila,better option

Pleasant compound but very basic, grubby apartment
The drive from airport to accommodation was quite scary. The area was very poor and we felt very unsafe. On arrival at resort and entering gated compound that changed. There were many security people and the place was quite pleasant. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was very basic and not very clean. The only place with hot water should have been the electric shower but it didn’t work. The only cutlery was 2 forks and 2 large spoons....no knives or teaspoons. The cups were chipped and not clean. The bed was comfortable but only had a bottom sheet and a small old blanket which didn’t look too clean. There were several cockroaches running around. The aircon, TV and WiFi were fine. Breakfast was delivered and Ok but not for us!! Again the staff were friendly and helpful. On leaving to go to the airport we had to wait more than an hour and a half for a taxi. Then the traffic is horrendous! Nearly an hour for just about 2/3 miles.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room and amenities good for the value. only thing is they should state which airport the shuttle is for . As I thought Legazpi was the only one as it turns out there is another closer but is only a small one.

Too far from the airport, not as advertised
Good building, good apartment, good view and good swimming pool. One big problem was the apartment was advertised as close to the airport, but actually it was 30 minutes away (11km) even travelling at 3:30am. I chose the apartment specifically because it was supposed to be close to the airport (within 3km) according.to hotels.com distance ranking.

Nice hotel.but surrounding area poor
I read that their rate of stay was for 2 adults but i emailed that i would have to pay extra for an additional guest. It was too late to look for another location so i had to agree to the extra cost. The surrounding area is not as pleasant as the hotel itself. The hotel is located in a very poor area. But the grounds are manicured very well. The rooms were small as well as the bed. The wall ac unit could not keep the entire apartment cool. The bathroom was small and difficult to get in and out. But i like that this hotel had a guarded gate.

Happy staying at this condo
It was a nice staycation, awesome view free breakfast, clean area and room though wifi is not that fast. No space for parking area to park park your car for a while ( for just 20 to 30 mins ) just to drop your belongings although guards are very accomodating.

Ne vous attendez pas à un hôtel mais à ce qui ressemble à des logements sociaux. Et arrivé sous la pluie, j'ai du attendre une demie heure avant d'avoir mes clés. Il est mal situé pour pour du tourisme.

This hotel was not what we expected. Room smelled bad and the shower didn't work at all. We had room for two and we paid for extra mattress but there weren't even sheets for the mattress so we couldn't use it. We also couldn't use the blankets at all because they were dirty and smelly without sheets.

Tout est faux dans la description faite. La piscine n'est accessible au guest que certains jours de la semaine, dommage les dates de mon séjour ne correspondaient pas. Il n'a pas non plus de spa à l'intérieur du complexe, le petit déj continental servit dans une boite accrochée à la poignée de la porte. Petit lit, je sais que les asiatiques sont petits mais il n'y a pas qu'eux. Méme pas un bar pour pouvoir prendre un verre tranquil. C'est sur je n'y reviendrais pas.

N'y aller pas
C'est la première fois que je suis à ce point déçu par un hôtel. C'est en fait un appartement. La navette qui devait nous prendre à l'aéroport n'est jamais venu sous prétexte que notre vol avait du retard. Nous avons du prendre un taxi qui ne connaissait pas ce lieu, ça été compliqué. Après un 23 heures de vol et un décalage de 13 heures, on était très déçu de vivre toutes ces complications alors qu'on avait réservé une navette pour éviter cela. Nous sommes arrivés à l'appartement et en entrant, les cafards sur le comptoir sont vite allés se cacher. Nous avons vu que le matelas était taché et avons déposer nos serviettes personnelles pour ne pas se coucher sur le mince drap du lit. Nous n'avions pas de serviette pour nous doucher. Après une mini nuit inconfortable et mal à l'aise, nous sommes descendus pour le petit déjeuner, et la personne de l'accueil a dit que le responsable du déjeuner nous avait sans doute oublié, elle l'a appelé. Nous avons décidé de laisser faire, de ramasser nos affaires et de partir tout de suite. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la proximité avec l'aéroport mais vous pouvez avoir beaucoup mieux.
