Great Family hotel close to all attractions.

Stayed at this property before and after my 3 day island trip with my family. For the first night we stayed in a standard room which was fine for the 1 night and was very happy for the space & amenities in the family suite the following nights. The staff in the entire hotel was so friendly & pleasant. They stored our large bags during our trip at no cost and helped us book transfers to/ from the airport. Great location for shopping, attractions and the airport. Solid 3 star hotel.

Good hotel stay overall but noisy spot

The hotel itself and its staff were very good. Staff were attentive and courteous. Room was basic but clean. However, there is a neighbouring business that has a megaphone with an annoying and repetitive spruiking for boatrides. Our flight in was a red eye and we were hoping to sleep the afternoon off. That was almost impossible with the repetitive looping spruiker for boatrides running from noon to late at night. Might look elsewhere next time due to the noise.

Everything was fine. Neither remarkably terrible or remarkably great. But rooms were clean, cool, and comfortable with complimentary water with a cool fridge. Showers had good water pressure with good heat.

Our stay at Microtel by Wyndham was truly enjoyable. The staff was polite and respectful, making our experience even better. A great highlight was the convenience of having shops and restaurants within walking distance, plus a Starbucks just across the street. We’re already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay. The only minor downside was the bathroom—flushing the toilet was a bit noisy, and the water flow was unusually loud. Despite this, everything else was excellent.

Convenient location to MOA

I stayed for a night with my adult son. Location is walkable to the arena where we watched Disney On Ice. We got here early in the morning and couldn’t check-in yet. We were able to store our luggages with the hotel. The free service enabled us to explore IKEA, MOA & get breakfast nearby after a long flight.
