Very nice stay. The conditioner dispenser didn’t work and the front desk brought us some right away. Really wonderful staff at the breakfast in the morning. She is lovely!!😊

Home for the Holidays

We came up for a quick trip to visit family at the holidays. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and the staff were incredibly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Never once was our room cleaned even though we had the sign on our door. Finally asked if we could have garbage taken out at 9 at night and that is all they did. No new towels. We had been there for three days already. Management does not value customers… needed help with my lock and I got the eye roll after it was fixed. Management banged on our door and blamed our team for running up the hallways for 5 hours when we had just got the hotel.. kids had never even been in the hotel. Not a family or team friendly environment. Will be choosing a different hotel in stoon for sure next time.
