The front desk staff were great. They were very helpful and informative. But sadly house keeping was very lacking. They cleaned our room once, but never gave us fresh towels. We had to get them at the front desk.

This property was not what the photos looked like it smells like mildew and the view was terrible. The rooms were small like a dorm room I would never stay here again or recommend this property to a dog

This property had Bedbugs and did not tell me there was a reservation fee as they charged me twice. Very inconvenient for me and my friends. Will not be returning, i have no reason to lie.

Great stay at South Beach!
Great place to stay. Rooms are small. Really too small for four adults. Room was very clean. Pool area was OK. It was a wonderful place to lounge but a little weathered and just slightly dirty feeling. The restaurant at staff were amazing. Everyone worked there was super nice and hospitable. We will stay again. Location is near everything.

The pictures do not align with the property in person. The room was moist, the room temperature was not regulated properly, there was a smell of old moisture/ mold. Also, the room size was extremely small and the furniture was in poor condition. I requested a refund and went to another hotel. This hotel may need an inspection by the City, very concerning with having kids present and inhaling the odd smells during my one night stay!

This hotel is located in a great area, whoever owns this place has to keep a good maintenance, this place smells like humidity, dirty, they need to pain the walls, fix the furniture, and give a good maintenance, I honestly do not recommend this place, this hotel looks like is falling apart. I wouldn't book here again, other than that the front desk staff is great, this lady form Spain is great and polite. PS: the hotel does not look like on the picture, it is totally different,
