I stayed there with my girlfriend for five nights it was amazing we definitely will come back the area is Amazing it such a great living, getting around was perfect food and all was excellent i give it a 5 stars

Although hotel itself wasn’t too bad, nice inviting entrance, room was spacious, although bathroom small on space and whole room had a lack of lighting. The air conditioning was difficult to control, one extreme to the other. Don’t bother trying to use the guest laundry, credit/debit card only, charged 4x and didn’t work, front desk advised calling # on poster for reimbursement - side note, when I was checking hotels, a you-tuber cited the same issue. The biggest issue was the pool being closed and no outside access to patio to enjoy the weather, have a relaxing drink etc. I had a city view room and the noise from outside was constant day/night. The general area was somewhat dirty, sadly a lot of homeless and didn’t feel safe walking at night. There are limited eating options, though we did find a Starbucks nearby. I would only consider staying here for a one-night pre cruise if at all.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The Staff at both the front desk and Bistro were very courteous every morning, making for a great start of the day. We did not expect any special treatment but David O. sure made us feel that way. Thank you David. Convenient location with Mover stations around the corner and bus stops near by, we had no need for a rental car this time. Watching the sun rise at Bayfront Park is worth the approx. 8 min. walk!

The staff was amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The pool has been under construction since my last visit 2 years ago… disappointing. The area outside is unwelcoming, but I’m not sure if Courtyard Marriott has control over that.
