Lovely property, stayed in a suite it was very spacious with two couches, two tvs and a microwave, sink in the kitchen area. The elevators were a bit squeaky but otherwise a lovely hotel. Definitely get the breakfast pass if you plan on eating breakfast there it’s worth the money, breakfast is made to order but you get a good amount of food we always felt full afterwards. Customer service is very kind and was accommodating to us. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Parking is $43 per night as well just be that you calculate that expenses in as well

We arrived to the hotel in the morning after disembarking from our cruise. Our room was ready! We didn't have to wait around until 4:00 pm to check-in, which was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant. The location was nearby to many restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, Kaseya Center (Miami Heat’s arena), etc. Please note: Some parts of Miami aren't the safest. I wouldn't recommend walking around alone after dark if you're unfamiliar with the area. We went to Frost Science Museum and ate at a great little Cuban restaurant (Biscayne Tavern). The food was delicious! October weather in Miami was perfect! Overall, we had a fantastic experience during our short time in Miami. Unfortunately, I left my wallet, coin purse, keys and important docs in the room safe upon check-out. I called the next day and housekeeping said they have my things. I emailed them a shipping label and now waiting for their return. (Ultimately, it’s my fault, but I did ask my husband if he emptied the safe! - He did remember to retrieve the stuff he had in the fridge though lol)

Very clean, we wish it were pet friendly as we always travel with our little dog. Overall, the pool, spa and fitness area was spectacular. And the view from our room (1805) was breathtaking facing the St. Lawrence and mountains. Our room was missing the couch and coffee table as shown in the picture, but we understand that Renovations are still ongoing. It was a great wedding anniversary weekend. Thank you
