Plumbing issues in the bathroom. Tub wouldn’t drain. Submitted multiple requests and they couldn’t fix the issue. Showered all weekend in ankle deep, dirty water.

We had to wait over 7 hrs in the lobby for our room upon arrival with no one reaching out to us nor offering anything like water . Also on Monday they had a conference and allowed all the attendees to take over all areas of the hotel taking away hotel guest the right and space to seat anywhere . This was unprofessional as they should have stayed in their conference rooms to allow hotel guest who pay a lot of money to stay to enjoy tables and chairs to eat and enjoy the VIP areas

The hotel is perfect, but my only main problem is why there is too much fee on just staying one night and I thought the breakfast is free, but they surprised me with the check.

Had to pay extra 35 dollars to have fridge in my Jr suite room. Waited 4 hours to receive it. Along waited 3 hrs to get extra towels. Construction noise by the pool. Hair art was left of the shower walls from not cleaning. Room phone was discussly old and dirty. Food overpriced.

We reserved ocean view room, we were out in 405 I believe, and ur is the worst ocean view room I've overstayed it. Actually it was the worst view period. It was cement, a broken pool. We were upgraded to a dufferent room after complaining, but paying over 600$ for a cement view is required diculous, so watch out for 4th floors.
