The items that I was looking for when shopping for a hotel included - pool, hot tub, comfortable bed, free breakfast. We stayed quite a ways away from our ideal location because of the photos and reviews of the pool, but it was worth it. The kiddie pool was ideal for our 2 and 4 year old grandkids that came for a visit. The hot tub was bigger than most. Every Holiday Inn should have this pool set up! The bed and breakfast were both good.

Our family vacation was incredibly stressful because they messed up our booking. Initially, the front desk informed us we had booked a room with two queen beds, but due to a wedding event, their manager, Amy, moved us to a different room without prior notice. They claimed to be fully booked, leaving us unable to switch to the room we had booked through Expedia. The next day, I was told by the front desk that their system showed my reservation under a king bedroom, which was inaccurate. Our actual room was supposed to have a queen bed and a single sofa, alongside a very noisy air conditioning unit. For nearly $500 amount of money I paid, the service and accommodation fell far short of my expectations.

Excellent Nights Stay
This hotel is in a great location, has good amenities, and was very clean. The bed were comfortable, cool, and we had plenty of blankets and towels. The pool area was large, the water was warm and overall clean. All of the desk service reps and other staff members were all very nice & extremely helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and taste very good and across the street within walking distance, was a bar/restaurant.

The stay was mostly great. A couple of things stop this from being a 5 for me. The breakfast was only OK on some days, as items were missing. Our keys stopped working 3 times in 4 nights and had to be reset. There was no guest guide book in the room.

Don’t do it!!!!
This hotel was extremely dirty and unkept! We were booked in a suite with a king bed and a pull out sofa couch. Immediately after exiting the elevator you could tell the property is not well maintained but that was the just the beginning. We get into the room and begin seeing our kids up in the sofa bed. As soon as I pulled the bed out I knew I couldn’t possibly stay in this hotel. It was FILTHY!! And this wasn’t just that a spot was missed by housekeeping once, this was disgusting. That goes to show what little care they take in cleaning, can you imagine what is happening that you AREN’T seeing? Yuck! Because our kids were so excited to swim and we booked the hotel for the great pool atmosphere that was shown online, we decided to still try it out. Again, the pool was filthy with tons of staining and wear to the “attractions”. Not only that, the pool area is tiny! Don’t be fooled by the photos online like we were, it is a major let down. We ended up packing up and leaving and Not even staying…. Which is a FIRST for me! When we complained about the condition and asked for a partial refund, we were told they wouldn’t do anything because we didn’t address the concerns before leaving. Sorry, but that type of filth can’t be corrected by a room switch. Not to mention, the front desk gentleman was not friendly nor helpful during the check in process, much less trying to address concerns with him. Sorely sorely disappointed! Don’t be fooled like we were!
