This house has a stylish modern interior and a traditional Nantucket shingled facade. Built to house sailors of the whaling ships, 27 Union Street has a spacious living room and 3 sitting areas along with a large private patio with outdoor shower tucked behind manicured privet. A museum quality piece of history itself, the house still has its original brick hearth in the basement and widow's walk.

Enter the house through the front door or through the updated kitchen which features a gas range and large breakfast bar. The first floor includes a dining room, sitting room, living room and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom, plus a powder room.

The second floor features an additional sitting room and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

A fifth bedroom, bathroom, and third sitting room are located on the third floor.

Outdoor features include a furnished patio, outdoor shower and off street parking.

As with all Copley Nantucket properties, guests of 27 Union Street have access to Copley's complimentary concierge service for help making restaurant suggestions, recommending fishing excursions on beach or by boat, day trips, car rentals, and more.

Best location and beautiful home!
We stayed here with our family for a week this summer and were in heaven! The house is in the best location, it had everything we needed, and the owner/manager was a dream! She answered any questions we had quickly via text and made checkin/check out a breeze. We have been to Nantucket now 5 years in a row and this house was by far our favorite. Easy walk to town if we needed anything, and had plenty of space for our crew. The house is fully updated and furniture is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be back next year and recommend to all our friends!
