The private beach park is being renewed and enhanced with a new pavilion planned for 2025. In the meantime hourly shuttle service is being provided to Lover's Key State Park, beach chairs and umbrellas included, and Doc's restaurant.
The unit has newly renovated bathrooms and is a pleasant second floor corner unit close to front gate of Bonita Bay. Each bedroom and the living room have access to the large wrap around lanai. Walk to shopping and restaurants and enjoy miles of walking and biking paths. On premises tennis courts and pool. Access to pickle ball courts at Riverwalk Park. This is an elevator building and the property manager/owner is local. Enjoy a week in Southwest Florida! Now with Highchair and Playpen upon request.

Great Location

Clean and well equipped apartment with partial views over golf course. Quick response to queries from owner and on check-in he messaged to check everything was ok. We jokingly replied that there wasn’t a kettle for us Brits to make a cup of tea. He turned up with a brand new kettle within half an hour. Much appreciated. Very convenient location for restaurants and shopping. Beach park currently under construction but we used the beach shuttle bus to Lover’s Key where beach chairs and umbrellas are available. This worked well for us.

VACATION FRM HELL

After driving 1250 miles, when we got to the condo anote was left stating the private beach is cosed thru rest of the year, May 6 the roof tear off and replace will start. (21 condos under one roof so it is sizable.) Must park away from building for this. We are in our 70s and my wife is handicapped. walks with a cane and support of my arm. A huge crane sat an ran in front of our condo for the full duration May 6-21 of our vacation. We could not use the screened porch due to the dust from the tearoff of roof. We sat out there the first evening of the tearoff of roof and next morn both of us had raspy voice. In checking, we found layers of roofing dust on table and chairs and debris on outer rail of the porc which the wind blew in. The HUGE crane started every morning at 7:30 and ran constantly until 5:00 pm every day but Sunday. I talked to our host Andy Sullivan to complain after our first day. After complaining that he should have notified us of the beach close and THE ROOF TEAR OFF so we could have cancelled and found somethin else. The HOA notified the residents early APRIL so we definitely would have not rentedthat condo. Andy Sullivan finally said "yes, Ishould have informed you and I'm sorry ?? WE stayed in Bonita Bay last May and like all the inclusive amenities that we enjoyed. To add insult to injury, the last two days of our vacation, the Crane was still outside our porch and they also started to tear off the roof right next door. We did not get any relief

Very nice property in a fantastic location. The screened in patio was great, though much of our stay was too cool to be out there. The beach facilities were destroyed by hurricane Ian, but they are using portable bathrooms (not porta-johns) and food trucks, so it’s OK. The golf course you can walk to is private.

Absolutely perfect. All the amenities that anyone could ever need is available at Wild Pines and included in your stay plus transportation to a private beach.. Host is easily communicated with and amenable to any things that need to be taken care of. I’ve stayed at Wild Pines multiple times and this was by far My favorite unit

Perfect getaway!

This was our first VRBO experience and we have to say it was GREAT! The property was perfect for our family and the place was much larger than what we expected. The amenities were perfect, the community is safe and super clean. The beach was amazing - in fact our kids never went to the pool once. You will want to have a rental car and the short drive to the beach is easy and its nice to have access to the private beach as well as Barefoot beach and other access areas. Just loved it. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality.

Bonita Bay is Breathtaking Beautiful!!!

Bonita Bay's beauty was breathtaking as we were in such awe! I couldn't believe this was our home for the week! Pictures does not do it justice! We also loved the L-shaped lanai as we were able to walk out from any room or feel a nice breeze from any direction! The landscaping was absolutely beautiful and night swimming was so nice with a heated, outdoor pool and jacuzzi! We went from the beach in the mornings and pool in the afternoons. We cooked out on the grills in the evening then back in the pool lol The condo owner, Andrew was always available if/when I had a question even over the smallest thing! He made me feel comfortable n secure in knowing he is always there if need be! The neighbors were so friendly and respectful that you didn't have to even worry about locking your vehicle! Everyone was so nice that decided to leave our rafts and toys at the pool for others to enjoy! I know that this particular condo is the best hands down with the L-shaped lanai! We just absolutely loved our vacation and will stay at this specific condo every time we come back! Don't pass this one up! Take comfort in knowing you can not go wrong with this beautiful, amazing condo that also provides everything you could even think of to ensure the comforts of home! Private Beach was perfect

This condo was great, great location, quite the wrap-around all screened-in balcony was awesome we eat breakfast there every morning. Bonita Bay is beautiful and this condo has a great location. Spacious and perfect for our 8-day stay. Coolers, tennis rackets, towels, and chairs were in the room. Private beach access was a huge plus.
