The place was under construction, had water leaks everywhere, it was disgusting. I want a refund!!! I didn't even stay, I immediately left and booked another hotel.

IT WAS A TERRIBLE VISIT. WE ALWAYS STAY HERE. UNDERCONSTRUCTION IS A NEW TERM FOR DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING. NO TV! NO INTERNET! JUST A ROOM WITH BANGING VERY EARLY 8AM. IT WAS JUST AWLFUL. I HOPE WHEN WE STAY AGAIN THE CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FINISHED.

Walked in to a terribly hot room. They supposedly had just cleaned the room but I walked in to blood stains on the comforter and on the carpet by the beds. Elevator took us up but did not work going down so we were stuck on the 6th floor!

At its best, it's a 3 star property, but under renovation, it is dirty and noisy. Breakfast is weak. No fruit. My room faced Briley Parkway, an expressway. Lots of road noise.

Property was under construction. The elevator was not working properly. All down buttons didn’t work so you had to go up to go down. The air had a stagnant smell. There was debris everywhere around the parking lot. Will not stay again

We had no idea that this property was under extensive renovation. We had no water for flushing toilet or showers until 5:20 pm. The rooms are supposed to be no smoking, but the first room (306) reeked of smoke. Nicole did her best to relocate us to a better room, tut the property and hallways are dirty.

This property is undergoing major construction and filthy and they don't explain that when booking. Ice machine removed or not working properly, cable tv not working at all, rude staff, hallways and carpets in bad repair and we did not stay and they refused to refund our money. DO Not STAY HERE!

The entire property was water damaged. Entire floor I was on was wet and smelled moldy all down the hall. Dogs were barking, people were loud. Trash collection or something was beeping at 5am outside.

Hotel Renovation Hell

This hotel is supposedly doing a renovation but guests shouldn’t be put in areas of active construction. I was bewildered by the hotel staff saying that this room was the only one available. I have stayed at other hotels that were renovating and these have done an admirable job keeping guests and rooms being renovated in separate areas. The dust alone is hazardous to my husband who has health issues. When you are put in an area where carpet is being removed, the Oder is suffocating. I was concerned with asbestos being present when the carpet was ripped up.

A.Night in Hell

The room was in a dangerous area. I smelled an oil and tar smell and I thought there was a mistake in putting us in this room. Because I had prepaid, I stayed but I really thought that my husband and I were placed in a dangerous construction area with the dust, oil smell and filthy room. We had stayed at the hotel a few days before and got a room on the first floor-142, It was also in a construction zone but not as bad as this room- The room we were assigned was 340. I have pictures
