Couple - one night stay
The hotel and room were nice enough. It was comfortable and clean. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The room was only heated by an oil heater which isn’t great. The sink was barely big enough to be of use.

This property is better described as a hostel not a hotel. The resturant and dining is lovley and great staff however the rooms need updating. The small oil heater in the room was noisy and kept us awake with the clicking. A heat pump would be much better. The bathroom had no fan so got very damp and couldnt dress in due to the steam. The room was noisy and you could hear the next door room voices and when they walked up the stairs it sounded like they were in your room so not a great sleep.. The hotel did not have a lift so if you were booked in an upper level room climbing a flight of stairs js the only option. Also we had no hot water at night on our second night so we had no way to have a hot shower after our day on the snow. If you are happy with a hostel trype outfit then its ok. But its not hotel quality.

Big Thank you to all the staff for real SERVICE.
Excellent service from the moment we stepped in the door. A dining issue was remedied with efficiency, When we could not get the TV to work help arrived straight away, and because it was not immediately fixable, we were offered a choice of another room or free breakfast. Any issues were dealt with immediately and efficiently. So that's a 10 out of 5 for me.

Avoid.
Avoid this hotel. We did not get the room we paid for. Very noisy with kids running around along the exterior wall way. No lift. Carry bags by hand upstairs. They also held a large party till the early hours of the morning. Unable to sleep on very very soft mattresses. The restaurant food was overpriced for poor quality. Pizza's made with straight concentrated tomato paste. Horrible experience.

WC was taking ages to fill water, toilet was too tiny, and carpet was causing rashes. Not a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was also not done, despite the promise to do so
