Book Northern Tasmania hotels

For someone who still wants a bit of comfort while enjoying the call of nature, the Cradle Mountain Discovery Park cabins are great. The kitchen is well provided for, the shower is hot, & the couch is great to kick back in, put your feet up, & relax after a long day. There’s lots to do in the immediate area, including a climb up Black Bluffs lookout for a spectacular view of the mountain, and a short(ish) drive to fascinating towns like Waratah. Don’t miss the Devils at Cradle either!

We stayed here twice during a week and both stays were excellent. All staff were friendly & helpful. Our rooms were large & comfortable. The lounge area is very comfortable & gives a relaxed vibe. We dined in the hotel for breakfast& lunch & both meals were good.

Room was lovely and spacious. Enjoyed being on ground level and opening up the door to outside. Price was excellent in comparison to other properties in Launceston.

Totally different environment from what I’ve visited before! Its proximity to Cradle Mountain National Park is the reason I selected Peppers for the wildlife, hiking, and vistas! Would loved to have stayed longer. Cabins were very nice; fireplace, showers, cozy, service staff very nice, professional, and informative.
