The staff are doing everything they can to make us feel safe and cared for. The location's back fence has a homeless encampment along the outside and I saw a pile of broken auto glass in the parking lot. Not only was there a break in, be they didn't even clean up afterwards. I also heard d a gunshot in the neighborhood behind us around 11 pm. The carpet by the door is worn out and fraying to my room.

Great Hotel off of Hegenberger.
Check In was quick and easy. This was a last minute stay. Booked an hour ahead around 11pm at night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have stayed here a few times with no issue.

Reasonable stay to be near the airport or arena
We stayed at this hotel because it is close to the arena. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I got in line for coffee at exactly 10am, but the barista said she couldn't take my order since they close at 10. It would have been nice to accommodate a quick coffee as there isn't anything else close by except a very dirty Dunkin Donuts with terrible service. The rooms were perfectly fine, but there was definitely noise from other rooms that woke us up. The outside is what is disturbing. The entire complex is gated luckily, but there is still a homeless encampment all along the street behind the hotel. Overall, if you need a hotel at the airport or close to the arena, it's a good choice.
