Our stay was really good we stayed for two nights! Hotel was very clean, hot shower, and comfortable beds. The hotel was in a convenient area next to restaurants and sea world down the street literally. The only thing we had issues with is the heater not working in the room. We did notify the front desk after the stay and she was very apologetic. They also don’t have microwaves in the room only in the lobby so I did not really like that! I also didn’t like how you have to pay $26.86 for parking a day, when there isn’t anything special about there parking lot. No valet or onsite security so I am not sure why they are making guests pay for parking. Other than that our stay was okay!

I would give higher rating but I was charged $26 per day for parking when my reservation said free parking. The lady at the front desk confirmed that I had free parking b/c I was a hotels.com rewards member and she gave me a code to input when scanning my parking meter. The code confirms free parking but when I got my receipt emailed after check out I was charged for parking. The cool this was that our room faced SeaWorld so we watched ppl ride roller coasters.

I had a wonderful stay at Aloft Orlando International Drive! The hotel’s location was convenient, with many attractions and restaurants nearby. Check-in was swift, it was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

We booked this hotel to evacuate from a hurricane. We never checked in and were still charged for 2 nights. I reached out to the hotel asking if the fees could be waived since it was due to the hurricane and no one got back to me. Many hotels sold out and they easily could have allowed someone else to have our room instead of inconveniencing us further in a natural disaster.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Toilet took several flushes to clear ( and no, not because I had Mexican for dinner) Parking is expensive and registering a bit of a hassle. Good location.

Wonderful overnight stay! Pool was very nice and enjoyed night swimming! Only bummer was lots of smokers hanging outside in front and back (pool), blowing smoke around my toddler. Room was comfy and clean. Front desk super nice and accommodating.
