Excellent house for vacation

We like the house, we didn't have any problems or complaints, excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful, I have to call the office once about the pool water, they answered me at my first call and resolve the problem immediately. The community's water park is good the kids enjoyed and had fun every time we went, the house is exactly like the photos, very nice community close to everything that you will need(Walmart, restaurants, stores, Disney, water park) is only like 25 minutes from the airport. Great house but lots of maintenance issues.

House was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The story lake neighborhood was nice. We had several maintenance issues that were a problem for us. The dryer never worked. We called multiple times. The first time they didn’t come The second time they said they were busy but came and left. The third time they said they had to order a part and it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay and accused us of breaking it. Not having laundry was a big problem for our group as we had only packed enough clothes for half the trip with plans to wash clothes. The kitchen faucet worked but was so wobbly, it will break for future users. The stove top was cracked. We had a kitchen pan literally fall apart while we were trying to cook breakfast. It was disappointing for the price we paid. We definitely expected things to be in good working order. Nice house-maybe need a new management company. Wouldn’t stay again with this company.

Very nice place & easy access 2 EVERYTHING !!! I only have a few complaints but r minor ... 1) blinds on the sliding door were missing several strips 2) stove top was cracked severely 3) key pad was a pain in the butt 4) knifes were ridiculous (dull & wouldn't cut) 5) pots & pans need updated very cheap & hard to cook in

Easy, convenient and clean

We had a party of 12 ages 4-50yrs while staying at this rental home. We had plans to go to Disney and universal studios as well as cocoa beach. We were able to hit all our locations and vaca goals without a lot of time on the road. Heated pool was great and worth the upcharge so the littles could swim on demand. Plenty of room for our entire group. Hair dryers are mounted in every bathroom. No salt or pepper but they have empty shakers for decoration. We had enough towels, blankets, and toiletries for our trip. We did buy trash bags and paper towels. We felt safe as the neighborhood is guard gated. Many choices for delivery dinner in the area. Great stay. Easy peezy!

Great House & close to the parks

Our 4 children really enjoyed the decorated bedrooms. It made our Disney vacation even better. We loved how close the house was to Disney and Universal. We had a day that we stayed at the house in between parks and it was great to play family games but also have some rest time in individual bedrooms as well. Would suggest adding washcloths but other than that it was a great rental home.
