HOTEL charging “resort” fees
Be careful! They will charge you extra fees noted when you book the reservation. When I booked and paid in full, it was noted that I would only be charged $10 a check in for self parking. They actually charged me $22.50 for a resort fee. This is a HOTEL not a resort, and a run down hotel at that. I felt icky the whole time I was in the room. You could barely open the balcony door, the room smelled moldy and was very humid (I live in FL so I know how the humidity is). There was no blow dryer in the room and only 2 wash cloths even though we had 4 people in the room. The beds were comfortable but there were stains on the sheets of my son’s bed. The carpet is black so you cant tell how filthy it is, but my kids socks were black after walking around on it. The hotel just feels dirty and they are definitely taking advantage of people charging a resort fee with no amenities other than any other basic hotel would offer. I would never stay here again, there are tons of way better options. I book this because of the price, but after the resort fee was added (and not specified prior to booking), I could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. Please skip this place and find somewhere else to stay!!

The shower was full of hair so the water was jam in the bath. So death and cold at the bistro that is was boring to get dinner there. The persons working at this place are really nice.

The staff at the crowne plaza were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. Our rooms were pristine! Beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The breakfast was very good as well. Easy to get to and from Disney Parks. Highly recommend !!

The front desk let someone in to my room and issued them a key card without my consent. When I questioned staff they stated that they had called the room but there was no answer. Because the person had known my name the staff allowed them access to my room. When I asked them to remove the person out of my room and what they were going to do about it they had no answer. The person then remained on the property and returned back to my room later that night. Scary to think that the staff could allow a single young woman to experience a stay with the lack of safety on sight.

A little beat up and dated (My lamp had cigarette holes in the shade). Lobby is a bad vision of the 70's. The Gym is pathetic (Cardio good though). All that said - would stay there again if the price is right.

This is a dog friendly property. The first night we heard a dog bark all night. We switched rooms the next day. I like that the staff texts you to check on your stay. Breakfast was an upcharge and well worth it. Freshly made eggs, yogurt, potatoes, biscuits, toast, pineapple, melon,, bacon. I wish they had a hot water machine to make your own tea. We had to ask for hot water and it wasn’t very hot. Parking is $10 a day. Plenty of spots available. Pool is nothing exciting.
