The room was wonderful and spacious with a good size closed and a balcony with chairs. The bathroom was a bit cramped considering all the open space of the entry way in front of it. The walls were very thin and we could clearly hear someone throwing up in the next room. The Hotels.com app advised there would be a $66 charge when checking in but it was actually $100, then the $50 deposit fee and the free parking wasn't actually free. The location was great and convenient to the Disney Parks and food options not on Disney property.

The hotel in general is clean,safe and has different dining options around. What I felt very disappointed was they charged me several times for resort fees after we paid a lot of money even my breakfast was included in the reservation and they charged me twice.The pictures of the hotel it does not reflect the reality,the pool is very small and is completely different of what they are really offering.It’s not worth it the money that I paid for what I received and it was very inconvenient.Not recommended!

Shuttle service
Travelers beware, they advertise this hotel to have shuttle service to the local theme parks but I would consider that to be quite honestly misinformation. My friend and I chose this hotel because of the location, cost and most importantly shuttle service to the parks. We planned on visiting Disney and then being able to come back to the room in the middle of the day to relax before returning in the evening. Well that wasn't possible. They do offer shuttles to universal, sea world and Disney. However they offer 1 shuttle per day. That is all. And they don't even visit every park in Disney. So you have to be dropped off at Magic Kingdom in the morning and then use Disney transportation if you want to go to a different park. Also However the Disney park to park transport doesn't start at 9am. Oh and don't expect to make it to the park at open because you won't. Also there is only 1 pick up in the afternoon, and it's at Hollywood Studios at 4:15 and then at 10:15pm. Not MK which also means you can't stay for park closing. Also be sure to be to the bus stop early because if the bus shows up early, it's not waiting. It's absolutely terrible. At a bare minimum they should at least drop off in the morning to each park! Because of the shuttle, we did not even make it to Hollywood Studios for our park day until 10:15am when we caught the hotel shuttle at 8:30am!! I DO NOT recommend if visiting the theme parks

A bit outdated but clean. The sliding door was so difficult to open that my husband had to do that. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain but they fixed that. The coffee maker did not work and they replaced it. We ordered food at the bar and it was ok but when I asked what the soup was, I was told they did not have any. The marketplace shop advertises it sells wine but it does not. I ordered a bottle from the bar but it was so old that the cork to the Prosecco broke off! I am still waiting for my refund for that bottle of Prosecco on my credit card.
