This beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom / 2 bath pool villa is located 15 min from Disney, 2 minutes from the nearest Walmart (24/7 open) and from all major restaurants on the famous 192. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a large living area with big flat screen TV (2 separate sitting areas). All bedrooms have their own tv's. This beautiful vacation house has been freshly painted on the inside. Owners installed new carpets in all bedrooms. The dining table is now a beautiful custom Disney-themed table. They also purchased some new sun loungers and patio table to enhance your experience. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled. Don't wait any longer, book this amazing home for your next vacation. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating**
***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Great Location/Spacious

Once you walk into the house, there is a formal living room and dining room. There are four spacious bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you needed as far as cookware from crockpots to strainers all the utensils a load of pots and pans. Bring an extra pack of toilet paper, napkins, and paper towels, and laundry detergent, there is no seasonings like at some other places where people leave them behind so if you like salt and pepper bring that as well. The pool was great. It is 3 feet deep to 5 feet deep. Very quiet neighborhood and close to everything you may need or want to do. We enjoyed SeaWorld and Legoland while we stayed. This house says only sleeps up to eight people and they won’t allow extra but I recommend them updating it to 10 people because there is a pullout couch in the formal living room. That’s just my thoughts. Definitely would recommend and stay again in the area.

EXCELLENT!!!

This property was everything it said it was. I was able to cook full meals for the kids and the home was clean and spacious. The game room was really cool. They owner did have several personal items in there but it wasn’t an issue at all. It didn’t take up any space. The pool was cold. Wish we had of paid for the heat but we were thinking since it was going to be in the 80’s each day in December that it would warm up. (Get the pool heat 😁) but the kids still swam on their off game days. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Oh and the rate was very affordable split between the families.

Home was clean, nice supply of outdoor chairs around the pool, fun to watch people golf. Nice supply of kitchen utensils, pots to make some meals. Master bed was comfortable. Would come back and stay again!

Great home to relax

The house is beautiful. Spacious and suited our needs. The outdoor area was great. The kids enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed watching them and relaxing. About 30 mins to Disney parks. Walmart and a bunch of shopping is literally down the street which is so helpful. The only downside was we didn’t know that we would need trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc prior to going into the house which meant we had to reload the kids in the car to go shopping which dampened their pool fun after a long day of traveling but otherwise the house is exceptionally beautiful
