The facility is very well located and the room has everything that we needed but there are some issues with cleaning that is not done thoroughly in the bathroom.

We booked a multi-night stay and on the first night between 2-4 am there such loud music like there was a wild party and it woke my entire family. It is a rough neighborhood so it wasn’t safe to go report it. There was no room clean between days but that is probably a Covid policy so I had to go ask for towels. But this a case of you get what you pay for.

Bathroom was not cleaned before we got in our room. A long hair and a bath scrunchie on the back of the door. Tv broken shut off randomly and the sound would start to pop. Every time we changed the channel the volume would go to mute. The hotel in front of this hotel that shared a driveway had homeless people standing in driveway.

I asked for a refund from Expedia. I felt SO UNSAFE upon arriving here, I chose to go someplace else. This is obviously a place where temporarily unhoused people stay. They should not be renting this property. Do not go here.

My room was full of mold and smelt like it. They said they had no other room for me, in reality the parking lot was half full. Then they said they have rooms just no room service. No wonder why it’s so cheap
