WARNING!!!!
The check-in hours I had expired upon arriving in the Orlando area for my family funeral. I had no way of contacting the hotel before my arrival and tried to get no answer when I arrived. I admit I was partially happy I couldn't stay here with my family because it was a dump. I made last-minute travel plans ( as you do when someone passes away), and this place was close to the service venue—a lack of customer service and an absolute trash place. The best part is I still am getting charged even though my family, including two little ones, were on a floor at a family's house. Talk about making a hard situation harder.

Shower curtain in 215 about to come out of the wall. Appliances rusted. Bed full of lumps - Just a worn out mattress. Able to see into the hall with the door closed. Carpet stained in many areas. The room smelled moldy. A/C was good.
