I general, it is good apartment, clean. The staff are quick in responding to my requests. Beds are comfortable. However, the place is older than many residential rentals in the area.

Spent a weekend with Family at the property. It was dirty, floor where dirty, like they haven’t been cleaned in months,screw loose it the unit we had a toddler with us, called maintenance they arrive 1 day later. Elevator and outside area smell like animal urination all over the place.

The floors, counters, chairs, coffee tables were dirty. Not sure the last time the base boards were cleaned. The tub barely drained, and water constantly dripped, some towels had crumbs on them still. They forgot to start the dishwasher from the last people who used the room so it was beeping constantly until we started it. The ceiling fan in one room wouldn’t shut off so I couldn’t use the light as it was only on high. maintenance started super early in the morning. If they cleaned this unit, they did a very fast clean and not a good one as it was gross. I would not stay here again.
