We had to stay here last minute to evacuate from a hurricane. We was blessed they had a three bedroom unit available. The only issues we had while there was that the toilets kept clogging and we had to hunt down someone with maintenance to get a plunger. It was so difficult to get someone with a plunger we kept the plunger they brought finally. The resort is a little outdated with older carpets and the sliding glass doors to the patio sticks but all in all our stay was great.

Great property to stay at, very spacious. Good parking. Problem with one toilet but was fixed in very good time. Overall I really enjoyed our stay here. Didn’t get to use the pool but looked good. Customer service was very good too.

I was planning on staying at this resort during Columbus Day holiday weekend but due to hurricane Milton I decided to stay here earlier. I checked in way earlier than check in time and the process was smooth. All the staff was friendly, professional, and patient especially when a hurricane was approaching. The room was nice and spacious the only problem is they didn’t even moped the floors or cleaned the bathroom tubs thoroughly however everything else was fine. However certain rooms and floors lost power due to the storm and I thought the resort would’ve had a generator so I brought food to the resort and ended up having to throw it away because we didn’t get any power back until 18 hours later! Other than that I would stay here again

The location is perfect. Close to every theme park and shopping center. The room was very clean. The only thing I would say is that it is a little older and needs a few renovations.

Stayed during hurricane
We evacuated for hurricane Milton. We would absolutely stay here again. The atmosphere is calming and fun for the kids, it’s safe and it’s conveniently located to Disney, Universal and other tourist areas. We felt safe even as the hurricane went over Orlando. We walked to Target and grabbed a few bags of groceries. Restaurants are walkable too.

Front Desk check in was great!
Mary Lou at the front desk made a crappy day much better with her big smile and friendliness. We had to find a place to stay since we had no power in Sarasota after Hurricane Milton. Mary Lou was great!! Good people are hard to find. Give her a raise! She was awesome!
