Great place in Orlando. Free parking and free breakfast are a super PLUS in orlando. If you know how Orlando is, (tourist trap) you have to dig in to find the accurate place. And this property was the One. 15 mins to magic kingdom and a lot of other great places. Breakfast ladies were so sweet and the overnight front desk was also very sweet. I forgot her name but she is Brazilian.

I liked that it was quiet, clean, and staff was friendly. Did not like that most days only pork sausage was available as meat for breakfast. My family and I do not eat pork. The shower was leaking which was noisy.

I had a great experience at this location. The room was clean and spacious. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and attentive with my needs (traveling with 2 toddlers). Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely coming back!

We had no water on our second day of stay. It wasn't on when we returned from theme park. Was restored late that night and again off when we woke up. Front desk didn't answer phone, no communication about water. When we stay in Orlando two big things clean and water. Our room had multiple places that weren't clean up on arrival to our room the night stand and shower. We weren't even offered an apology at checkout.i couldn't even shower, wash face, or brush teeth. Horrible experience. We couldn't flush toilet either, terrible experience

When we checked in, our rooms tv did not work so within 15 minutes they moved us to another room. Nice view of Universals Volcano.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only reason I am giving the hotel 4 as rating is because of the AC unit was very loud when it's running. It woke me up every time.

Stayed for a mixed trip, front desk staff were generally helpful and good. Location is great for persons wanting to do some shopping and universal theme parks. However, housekeeping was very very poor. Skipped cleaning my room twice, the second time I called and the front desk sent them to “clean” the room. Well they just changed towels!!! No cleaning, no making up of the beds. Well I did it myself no big deal. But it’s the way housekeeping operated. They need to do better. I can’t see myself returning to this property.
