You will find luxury and comfort in this 2100 sq. ft. beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in Vista Cay. This gated community offers an elegant clubhouse, fitness center, putting green, business center and meeting rooms, movie rental kiosk, a luxurious infinity pool, and children’s pool among its amenities. The spacious master suite features a king size bed, a stunning bathroom and large walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and two twin beds respectively. Flat screen T.V.s are found in all bedrooms. A 52 inch flat screen HDTV is located in the family room. We offer a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, towels and linen, a large washer and dryer. A baby crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request (depending on availability).

Vista Cay Club House Pool and new Epic Universe Park Update: The main pool at Vista Cay is undergoing renovations scheduled to be completed in late Spring 2025. Guests currently can enjoy the New Isles Pool & Bar, located less than 5-minute walk from the unit. There is a great pool bar and lots of choices to grab a bite close by. While the renovation may cause some inconvenience, the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center will remain open, though occasional temporary closures may occur for safety. There will also be road construction in preparation for the eagerly awaited Epic Universe Park opening in Summer 2025.  We appreciate your understanding during this time!

FAQ:
How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours is in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Great Family Vacay
Our family loved the condo. It was so spacious and roomy for all 6 of us to have our own areas to relax in. The only suggestion I could give would be to repair the dresser drawers as they could be wobbly but overall the condo was perfect for our stay! Having the little things like detergent pods for both the washer and dishwasher were very thoughtful touches. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we come back to Orlando.

Convenient location and lots of space!
This was the perfect place to stay for our Orlando vacation. It was convenient to Disney, Universal, and the airport. We loved having a ton of space to spread out and relax after busy days at the park. The owner provided a nice little food basket and some drinks in the fridge which was an extra unexpected touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo Close to Universal
This condo in the Vista Cay community was a great find! We were looking for something bigger than a hotel room for our stay that was close to Universal. This was a perfect location at just 10 minutes down the street from Universal. The condo was amazing, very spacious, nicely furnished & decorated. Also enjoyed the large outside balcony. Enjoyed the Vista Cay community, large pool, hot tub, gym and walking path along the small lake. The welcome basket was such a nice touch & the condo had all the supplies needed for our short stay. Also having Publix so close by was convenient. Will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Orlando.

Great place but not good for ADA
The property was really lovely and so well equipped but difficult for folks with disabilities. The commodes are low with no grab bars. The shower, also, has no grab bars. The beds are very high off the ground. For those of us who did not need ADA accommodations, this was a beautiful place & we loved it. For my sisters it was more challenging. I would highly recommend to anyone who does not need those specific things. Welcome basket was beautiful! Array of DVDs, washer & dryer, beds were comfortable. Communications were good. Beautiful property.

A new favorite in Orlando
Property was in great shape and just as the pictures depicted. Property managers were very responsive when needed, and little hospitable touches ( drinks in fridge and snack basket, plus starter set of dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, papertowels, and tp ) were very much appreciated. We come to town often for trade shows and usually stay at JW MArriott Grande Lakes .... but think that is going to change after staying here. Definitely a new favorite for us!

Outstanding!!!!!!
We just got back home today. The unit is outstanding. I cannot say anything negative about it at all. We were able to see the pool and work out areas although we didn't use them because we were so busy at a park, the beach or shopping. The area is about 1/2 mile from Top Golf and the Andretti kart and gaming experience on Universal Blvd. International Dr is minutes away. We are already planning to go back in November.
