There was a dead bug on our floor. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty! There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Overall the stay was 0/5 stars. Pictures of this place compared to what it actually looks like is a joke.

This was the nastiest and dirtiest hotel ever. Originally our room was overbooked so they ā€œupgradedā€ us to a ā€œnicerā€ room. The room was just plain dirty and dingy. The table had a HUGE burn in it, the refrigerator had a weird pink substance inside, the bathroom floor was gross and to top it all off we even saw a ROACH!! They claim to have 24 hour room service but the phone was unplugged and didnā€™t even work when I tried to plug it in. The outlets on the sides of the bed didnā€™t even work. The location is so close to all the theme parks but itā€™s really not worth it!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This place is getting a poor rating. Several lamps and outlets didn't work in the room and the main issue was roaches. I wanted checkout that day, but nearby hotels didn't have rooms available until the next day. So I stayed overnight in the room with the lights on to keep the roaches from coming out in full force. I advised the staff and no one seemed surprised. This hotel should be better, especially considering its location. They should be ashame.

I have stayed at this location before and itā€™s good for 2-3 day stays with my dogs. The area is excellent for being in the hub of all the amusement parks and restaurants. The staff are always polite and professional. Most people stay there have pets and are very respectful and friendly. The rooms could use a bit more scrubbing on the walls and doors. One wall had two holes in it from maybe getting kicked in.

Great location, could use an update.
LOVE the location of this hotel. In the center of so much, could walk to ICON park. Or to get dinner at Longhorn, a walk away. Service was immediately and friendly. The room could be upgraded as far as little things like upkeep.

You get what you pay for
The property is definitely rundown. Check in was smooth. Got into our room found stains and cracks in the walls. No tv remote and had to wait over 2 hours for maintenance to come. Then over an hour or so period and trying everything. The tv had to be replaced anyway. The next day maintenance randomly tried entering our room with us inside. The language barrier between maintenance and the front desk is something else. He went to the wrong room because he misunderstood what he was told. At night the bugs came out. So beware you definitely get what you pay for.
