We loved staying here! It’s family friendly- no smoking, not even vaping allowed (much appreciated), clean and spacious rooms, with friendly staff, and in the middle of everything! They can hold your luggage, good breakfast, and plenty of (free) parking! We were able to walk to a fantastic restaurant right across the plaza (Jerusalem). This hotel is not fancy (don’t expect room service, a bellman, or valet) but it’s perfect for a family getaway.

I like so much the experience in Pallazo!! The staff, condition of property, accessibility was great! Even the complimentary breakfast was great! PD. The only suggestion would be to improve the entrance notice to the Hotel Pallazo because I was confused with the hotel next door.

Travelled with family. Our stay was very pleasant. I was greeted with kindness the moment I walked in. The decor was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend doing the preregistration as it makes check in much smoother. There is a resort fee and deposit which is much lower than most hotels in this area. I didn’t try the breakfast but the setup was beautiful and well organized. I would stay here again and I plan to try the breakfast next time.

Pros: very nice lobby, staff is helpful (except a young lady named Andrea), good location. Cons: damaged air conditioning, so had to be moved to another room. The other room was infested with roaches… we killed 4 in just one night. But the worst thing was to see a roach in my little girl’s bed, right next to her head (totally disgusting!!!) Note: breakfast is limited
