Me and my family made a trip to Disney world and this place was perfect. It was quiet, it was really close from Disney and the price was very reasonable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the rooms doesn't have quite full privacy because it has a huge window which doesn’t really close and people walking on the hall can see you inside. But the rest was so good

Lamentablemente no puedo dar mi mejor opinión en está oportunidad. Primero me dieron una habitación en muy mal estado y mal OLOR, solicité cambió y la habitación no tenía mal olor, pero el mantenimiento desagradable. 1. Ducha: Estaba sucia. 2. Toallas: En malas condiciones. 3. Espejo y lavamanos: Sucio. 4. Camas: En muy malas condiciones se notaba el mal estado del colchón. 5. Sabanas: Manchadas. 6. Almohadas: Inapropiadas, se nota que ya no son para uso. 7. Alfombra: Toda manchada, se nota que recientemente la habitación se inundó posiblemente por lo del huracán. No, solicite nuevamente cambió porque era por una noche y tenía un niño que quería dormir. He ido a este desde hace 11años atrás y veo que ha desmejorado muchísimo y los precio han incrementado sin ningún tipo de mejora. Me entristece haber pasado está experiencia en está oportunidad, eapero tomen en cuenta mi comentario cómo estoy segura que habrán de otros huéspedes.

The sheets and bedding were dirty, unchanged had makeup and hair. Phone did not work. When we went to the front, they did not apologize, did not seem surprised. Much better and cheaper places near WDW. It has potential but needs deep cleaning and regular cleaning afterwards. I put 3 pillowcases on and blanket and 3 sheets on bed to sleep “peacefully”.

Was a great price! A bit outdated and tired looking but my room was very clean. Was riding out no electricity at my home. Stayed for three nights enjoyed the pool. Has laundry next to my room. Worked fine for my needs. Beds could be replaced. But not a deal breaker!

clean and quiet. stayed 3 nights . housekeep came in on the first morning ,made beds and changed towels. No housekeeping on 2nd morning and no clean towels,3rd morning was checkout. besides that the saty was great!

I liked the hotel. It was clean and the staff were okay. I know it was a very stressful time for everyone during hurrican Milton, even for staff. However, they are in the hospitality business and need to remember that their guests are stressed as well. The breakfast was not worth the extra $15 dollars they were charging. The eggs were under cooked, the toaster was broken, and the choices were limited. I do like that the hotel tried to feed guests even after they lost power during the hurrican. Very much appreciated.
