The lady that handled the breakfast was excellent.. she offered smoothies to guests.. The suite was nice but the back cushion of the sofa was so hard and uncomfortable.. I had stayed there before but forgot about that fact until I sat down.. had to use bed pillows for some cushion

Lizards in the room…
Caught one lizard in the room, saw 2, heard multiple making frog-like sounds throughout the night. Where there are lizards, there are bugs to eat. The staff is very kind and well intentioned, but this place is worn out and gross. AC didn’t work in our first room. Second was not much better.

It is the staff that make this hotel 5 star ,it is a little tired in places,nothing to worry about. I arrived on the Saturday had requested a room with roll in shower but the room I had booked did not have them Edgar went in back room came out and said I have upgraded you got to room 2 bedrooms full kitchen 2 bathrooms was perfect for us.

The staff were very nice and helpful! I will say the only thing I didnt really love was the breakfast, but no big deal for us. The room was clean and nice, extra accommodations were very easy to get. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are very Outdated and not cleaned well. The AC did not work well in the room. No ice machine in a few floors . Parking for $13 a day with limited space .
