Staff at lava shop and front desk weren’t terrible but not friendliest. Bed and pillow sheets were kind of itchy and parking lot was very noisy, perhaps invest in a security guard to patrol especially since elevators aren’t secure with the new room key security. Anyone can get in elevators and access hotel
